REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR PRE-CHECK, HAZMAT OR TWIC

​

U.S. Citizens, U.S. Nationals or Lawful Residents must provide an original or certified copy of identity/citizenship status which must be issued by a Federal, State, Tribal, county municipal authority, or outlying possession bearing an offcial seal. THE PHOTO ID PRESENTED MUST MATCH THE NAME YOU WILL ENROLL UNDER.

One of these documents is all that is required:

  • Unexpired U.S. Passport (book OR card) that designates U.S. citizenship

  • Unexpired Enhanced Tribal Card (ETC) that designates U.S. citizenship

  • Unexpired Free and Secure Trade Card (FAST) that designates U.S. citizenship.

  • Unexpired Secure Electronic Netword for Travellers Rapid Inspection Card (SENTRI) also designates U.S. citizenship.

  • Unexpired U.S. Enhanced Driver's License (EDL) or Unexpired Enhanced Identification Card (EID) - also designates U.S. citizenship if indicated.

  • Permanent Resident Card (I-551) aka "Green Card" also designates L.S.A. status

  • Unexpired Foriegn Passport AND immigrant visa with I-551 annotation of "Upon Endorsement Serves as Temporary I-551 Evidencing Permanent Residence for 1 year." - also desinates L.P.R. status.

  • Unexpired Rentry Permit (I-327) also designates L.P.R. status.

If you have legally changed your name, you must provide an original or certified name change document (such as a marriage certificate) in addition to the required photo ID.

While you can also WALK-IN without an appointment, you must have completed the on-line enrollment process before you arrive.

The Hazardous Materials Endorsement Threat Assessment Program is available for those with a state-issued CDL.
